no direct connection of nobility or culture with birth.. but with character..

Cicero was a great philosohper and  once he argued with a rich person on some issue.The rich person said, `"You belong to a mean family , there is no comparison between us. "  At this Cicero said, "The nobility of my family starts from me but nobility of your family ends with you.There is no direct connection of nobility or culture with birth but with character."
